Job Description
Assisting in implementing various Legal / Corporate actions.
Filling of forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Stock exchanges.
Maintenance of minutes and other records as required as per Companies Act
Good knowledge of Companies Act 2013 LLP Act 2008 SEBI LODR Regulations
Effectively dealing and liaising with external authorities like SEBI ROC RTA Debenture Trustee Auditors Lawyers etc.
Experience in listing of NCDs will be an added advantage
Good understanding and experience of compliance requirements related to Quarterly & Annual Compliances and informing on the Stock exchange.
Responsible for creation of ISIN Corporate action plans Allotment of Debentures PAS 3 MGT 14.
Compliances and liaising with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Registrar of Companies Securities and Exchange Board of India and other statutory authorities.
Incorporation of the New Company/LLP
Responsible for the compliances of Charge Creation Modification Satisfaction of Charges
Any other eventbased compliances as and when required.
Work timing : 9:30 to 6:30
All Saturdays are working till 2 pm.
