Job Description
Park Avenue Group a division of Angott Search Group has partnered with independent owner of multiple privatelyowned vacation real estate properties including three hotel resorts in the Myrtle Beach area is seeking a skilled Controller & CPA.
The selected candidate will prepare financial statements and reports for management while conducting account analysis and reconciliation. The Controller will assist with budgeting and forecasting activities utilize QuickBooks Enterprise and other accounting software for financial data management. Additional responsibilities include conducting general ledger accounting maintenance of financial records and collaboration with internal and external auditors during audits.
This position reports directly to the owner of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- CPA certification
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
The role is based onsite Monday through Friday in the Myrtle Beach area.
