Job Description
Classic Nissan Newport News/Classic Nissan Williamsburgis seeking anAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk.Applicant should have goodorganizational skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Previous dealership experience a plus but accounts payable experience a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post Invoices into CDK
- Issue checks
- Prepare statements and mail out
- Do daily deposit from sales parts and service.
- Receipt in checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices.
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions
- Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
- Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
