Facility Maintenance Job Description
Location: Lees Summit MO 64086
Skills Required: Maintenance
We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance worker to join our team in Lees Summit MO. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repair work as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting plumbing electrical work
- Inspect and maintain building systems including HVAC plumbing and electrical
- Respond to maintenance requests from our convenience stores and address issues in a timely manner
- Maintenance all commercial kitchen equipment beverage equipment and fuel dispensing equipment
- Maintain a professional working relationship with the store team members and the customer
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance and repair work
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC plumbing and electrical
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Valid drivers license
- Mechanical aptitude including basic knowledge of electronic equipment electrical schematics carpentry/tile repair plumbing and painting
