Position :Branch Manager
Product :Secured Business Loan / LAP
(Open Market Team) (Team Handling)
Locations:Nagpur Bhandara Wardha Yavatmal Akola Amravati
(Preference given to local candidate)
CTC:The maximum offer can go up to 5.50 LPA.
Graduation:Graduation is mandatory
Experience :57 years in core sales with a background of LAP /BL/Secured Loans is compulsory. Should have current experience in the HL/ LAP segment.
Candidates from same background will be prefered.
Desired Profile:
should have a minimum of 5 years of experience inLAP /BL/Securedwith team management abilities.
Should be able to develop the business in targeted area with the use of skills strategies and experience
Should be able to recruit as per the requirement and provide training.
Should be able to manage huge team of multiple locations for business development
Should have good knowledge of credit and collections.
Required a strong market repo.
KRA :
Business Planning and development i.e Team Recruitment etc
