Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our software development agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and optimizing Salesforce solutions for our clients. This role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams to implement best practices and enhance business processes using Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Customize Salesforce fields objects workflows validation rules reports dashboards and process automation.
- Develop and deploy Apex classes triggers Lightning components and Visualforce pages.
- Integrate Salesforce with thirdparty applications and other business systems.
- Manage user roles permissions profiles and data security settings.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring optimal system performance.
- Provide training and support to endusers for efficient Salesforce utilization.
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates releases and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration automation tools Flow Process Builder etc. and security settings.
- Strong expertise in Apex SOQL Lightning Web Components and API integrations.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced agency environment.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Experience with CPQ Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce products.
- Knowledge of data migration and ETL tools.
- Prior experience working in a software development agency or consultancy
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA Trello etc.
- Excellent communication organizational and project management skills.
- Expressed creativity innovation and thinking outside the box
