How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Attivit
Assicurare supportare e supervisionare le attivit dei operatori sanitari delle Centrali Operative.
Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure sanitarie definite dalla Direzione Sanitaria e delle linee guida internazionali.
Verificare il rispetto e lapplicazione delle procedure e istruzioni in termini di qualit appropriatezza e sicurezza.
Supportare gli operatori nella comunicazione e relazione con clienti/pazienti e con tutti gli stakeholder presenti sul territorio.
Interfacciarsi con diverse funzioni aziendali (QHSE Sales & MKT Procurement HR e Operations) assicurando loro il supporto sanitario richiesto.

Requisiti:
Esperienza nel ruolo come Coordinatore di personale sanitario di almeno 1 anno maturata allinterno di strutture complesse
Ottima Conoscenza dellassistenza domiciliare e del Clinical Risk Management
Ottima Capacit di Gestione di un team
