Role Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Solicitor to join their expanding team on a fulltime officebased basis. The ideal candidate will be a selfdriven professional with a strong background in immigration law capable of managing their own caseload independently. This role is based in Stratford and offers the opportunity to earn a competitive competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of immigration matters including but not limited to visa applications asylum claims appeals and sponsorship licenses.
Provide clear concise and clientfocused immigration advice ensuring compliance with the latest legal guidelines.
Prepare and submit applications appeals and other related documentation to relevant immigration authorities.
Represent clients at immigration tribunals and hearings when necessary.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering highquality legal services and personalized support.
Actively participate in business development and networking activities to expand your practice and client base.
Work independently to achieve fee generation targets and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years PQE as a Solicitor specializing in immigration law.
Strong knowledge of UK immigration procedures including experience with visa applications asylum cases and appeals.
Proven ability to handle a full caseload with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on client care.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently prioritize deadlines and work under pressure.
Selfmotivated and proactive with a drive to build and develop a client base.
Commitment to compliance with SRA and other relevant regulations.
