Instructors teaching Professional Development coursework must possess a minimum of a masters degree. The discipline of the masters or doctoral degree may vary. Due to the workforce preparation requirements in the curriculum Professional Development adjunct faculty should possess a minimum of five years of work experience in a professional environment. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills be familiar with best practices in a professional environment have personnel or project management experience and have experience as a teacher (or demonstrable promise thereof).
