Job Description
Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment as a Baristas and Caf All Rounders at the Department of Defence Campbell Park Caf (Canberra). Our baristas are coffee ambassadors serving great tasting coffee with a smile on their face. We recognise our customers by their face and regular orders. Its more than just morning coffee we want you and our customer to feel at home in this space. This role is suited for candidates that like to work in a fastpaced supportive team environment.
The Position:
- Monday to Friday
- Part time positions 35 hours per week.
- Utilise your barista experience while delivering exceptional coffee and providing a personalised experience by learning orders by heart
- Provide food and beverage service while maintaining food service and preparation areas and calibrating the coffee machine to ensure a highquality product
- Drive exceptional customer service to the people of the Defence force
- Maintain company policies and food safety practices
The Person:
- Previous experience in highvolume coffee output and busy environment
- Work autonomously to meet daily organisational goals
- Experience in a fastpaced hospitality environment
- Highly organised and selfmotivated with strong attention to detail
- Great presentation with a drive for customer satisfaction

Candidates will be required to undertake an Australian national police check. This will be paid for by the Company.
