Job Description

Regional Sales Manager Retail  is responsible for identifying developing and expanding relationships with our all type of business partners in our eco system such as Distributors Sub distributors Sika Shop Point of Sales retailers & end users . This role involves strategic planning managing relationships setting targets negotiating contracts and closing deals. He/ She will also be tasked with identifying and reaching out to potential partners and developing plans to increase revenue. The Channel Development Manager will work closely with the all Regional sales and marketing teams to ensure that all business goals are met. This role requires a strong understanding of the market excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Network mapping and identification gap in network. 
  • Retention of existing network 
  • Network  expansion plan as per potential of the market.
  • Identify develop and expand relationships with business partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with partners.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure business goals are met.
  • Identify and reach out to potential partners.
  • Develop plans to increase revenue.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners
  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
  • Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and stay uptodate on competitors and market conditions
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs such as training marketing and incentives
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue

 


Qualifications :

  • A bachelors degree in business or a related field.
  •  At least 10 years of experience in channel development or a related role.
  •  Strong understanding of the market and industry trends Retail channel
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  •  Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong strategic planning and management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office  and Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 70 of the time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Resultsdriven and selfmotivated
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
