Kean Miller is seeking an experienced Litigation Partnership Track Attorney in our Houston office.
Qualified candidates will possess minimum of three years of experience in fiduciary litigation matters and complex probate and trust matters. The Firm represents a wide array of individuals and financial institutions in the context of probate and trust matters which often involve high networth individuals and trusts. Qualified candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies and settling multiissue disputes. The candidate should possess the following characteristics:
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials strong writing skills and excellent references. Candidates must demonstrate the ability and the desire to interact with Kean Millers clients and to further develop client and referral relationships. The successful candidate should have a history of high achievement the desire to work in a fastpaced challenging environment and the ability to work as part of a team.
