Job Description

Position Overview: As our Regional EHS Manager you will be the driving force behind our EHS initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. Youll lead the charge in ensuring our operations are not just compliant with industry regulations but are always striving for safety excellence. Youll have the opportunity to shape and elevate our EHS strategies working closely with leadership and site teams to create a lasting impact on our organizations safety culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Innovate: Oversee and enhance EHS programs across multiple sites within your region ensuring a proactive approach to safety compliance and environmental stewardship.
  • Compliance and Beyond: Ensure all operations are compliant with federal state and local regulations while fostering a culture that exceeds compliance to prevent accidents and minimize risks.
  • Training & Development: Deliver engaging highimpact safety training programs that empower employees to make safety a top priority in their daily work.
  • Risk Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive EHS audits assessments and inspections identifying and mitigating potential hazards/risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with site leadership to develop and execute innovative strategies for improving EHS performance.
  • Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis: Facilitate key investigations and help identify root causes.
  • MetricsDriven Success: Track and report on regional EHS performance 
  • using data to identify trends drive improvements and celebrate successes.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Partner with crossfunctional teams to build strong relationships and influence the organizations safety mindset and decisionmaking processes. Help drive the organization to interdependent.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: A Bachelors Degree in Environmental Health and Safety Occupational Safety or a related field is required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing EHS role with a track record of successfully implementing safety programs and improving safety culture.
  • EHS Expertise: A deep understanding of EHS regulations and best practices with a handson ability to drive compliance and beyond.
  • TechSavvy: Proficiency in EHS software and Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to analyze data and track safety metrics effectively.
