Subaru Sales Associates Job Description at Mitchell Subaru

Description of the role:

We are seeking motivated individuals to fill the role of Subaru Sales Associates at Mitchell Subaru in Canton Connecticut. As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect Subaru vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in the selection process of Subaru vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Subaru vehicles and features is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform highquality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Followup with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.
  • Bring your A game & positive attitude with you every day

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional wellgroomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record

Willing to submit to a preemployment background check & drug screen
