Come teach for Renton Technical Colleges awardwinning Culinary Arts program! We are looking for a FullTime Culinary Arts Instructorinterested in teaching our diverse students in both the classroom and the lab (kitchen) along with other professional duties. This position will be responsible for instruction and curriculum development student support and mentorship faculty and governance engagement maintaining office hours and other related activities.
This position is represented by the Renton Federation of Teachers (RFT) Employees Association. This is a fulltime tenure trackteaching position. Teaching assignments may include online or hybrid courses.This position is scheduled to begin Fall quarter 2025.The salary range for this position is $91750 $109578. New FullTime Faculty are placed at step one of the salary range.For more information please see theRFT Contract.The priority consideration date for this position is April 6th 2025.
Renton Technical College located southeast of Seattle has provided quality education in a variety of occupations for over 75 years. WORKING CONDITIONS:
The position is active in nature and requires standing lecturing and demonstration of processes in a lab environment. The job also requires some sedentary time when performing administrative program functions. Frequent use of computer and exposure to terminal screens in performing work assignments required.
