At Douglas J Aveda Institutes & Salons we are seeking a Guest Services Associate to help us ensure our guests have the best experience possible.
About the position:
Were seeking a Guest Services Associate who enjoys making our guests day exceptional. You will help cultivate our guests experience by:
- Providing a smooth check in and check out from their service(s)
- Scheduling appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day
- Assisting with retail recommendations and purchases
- Performing Aveda Rituals of Renewal such as the hand and arm massage
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays. Typical shift is 8hours.
- A serving heart and a charismatic approachable personality
- High level of comfort using computers and a cash register with the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively
