Job Description
Lead HSEQ Compliance: Promote and enforce HSEQ standards ensuring safety risks are identified and mitigated across all operations.
Shift Operations & Supervision: Operate monitor and maintain systems during shifts while supervising client and contractor teams onsite.
Permit & Documentation Management: Prepare work permits system isolations and maintain detailed shift logs and RAMS compliance.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the Commissioning Team and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth onschedule .
Training & Continuous Improvement: Deliver handson training to client staff and contribute to process optimization and Lessons Learned.
Qualifications :
- Education: Mechanical Occupation Technician
- Experienced as a leader in Health Safety Environment and Quality (HSEQ) management and has knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal requirements with a minimum 5 to 10 years cumulatively in power generation
- Must have Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) or equivalent and valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC) or equivalent
- Experience working with and leading PermitToWork process during the Shift
- Good command of English other languages an advantage
