About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in understanding client requirements enhancing our product offerings and positioning our solutions effectively against competitors. The role requires a strong analytical mindset market research skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product development and innovations
- Conduct competitive benchmarking including analysis of competitor products pricing strategies and market positioning.
- Develop comprehensive reports documents and presentations to articulate how our solution stands out from the competition and meets client needs effectively.
- Identify client pain points market gaps and opportunities where our product can deliver superior value.
- Keep abreast of industry trends technological advancements and best practices to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and business challenges.
- Review client requirements and propose enhancements that align with and augment the products capabilities.
- Work crossfunctionally with engineering sales and marketing teams to ensure product enhancements align with customer expectations and business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Product Management Market Research or Business Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience in competitive benchmarking and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in preparing reports documents and presentations using tools like MS Office Google Suite or other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the banking or fintech sector (if applicable).
- Familiarity with Agile and product development methodologies.
- Prior experience in working with clientfacing roles
