Job Description
Early Elementary School English Language Arts InHome Tutor
Frequency: 2x per week. Start Date: May 27th (Summer Tutoring with possibility of extension into the 24/25 school year.

Job Overview: Early Elementary School English Language Arts Kingergarden/First Grade
SEEKING TUTORS FOR THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- EnglishLanguage Arts
- Reading Fluency
- Reading Comprehension
- Phonics/Decoding
- Vocabulary
- Grammar
- Writing
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be able to provide a session report for our office and families within twentyfour hours of each tutoring session
- Effectively balance tutoring hours given for each assigned student
- Successfully and professionally teach students to fit their individual needs
- Service existing clients concerns questions and requests
- Followup with office when a students enrollment package is low on hours
- Candidates must only service students whose needs meet theirs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field and industry preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring/teaching in specialized education fields preferred
- Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus but not a requirement
- Experience with basic Database/ Data Entry
- Be able to prepare accordingly for each tutoring session (lesson plan)
- Having a personality that is suited for different types of students
- Strong administration skills
- Strong typing PC and recording skills
- Having reliable transportation with current car insurance is a must
- Access to the internet a computer and a smart phone
COMPENSATION
Competitive: Competitive hourly rates based on experience and qualifications
