Job Description
Thompson Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Reconditioning Technician to join our highly skilled team. This individual will be responsible for washing buffing vacuuming and shampooing vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors
Polish cut and wax vehicle exteriors
Perform minor repairs such as buffing out scratches
Inspect vehicles for damage and report findings to management
Maintain a fast clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
Experience in automotive detailing or reconditioning preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
