Project Manager VI Part Time Variable

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager VI (Part Time Variable) to be based in Detroit MI

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Directs and managers the entire project guidance to subordinate managers enforces company and project policies and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. 
• Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design budget and schedule. 
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage procurement through contract closeout. 
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
• Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
• Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
• Monitor contractors work; prepare correspondence reports and other documents.
• Participate in meetings to present information to advisory groups and committees. 

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS 10 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7 Years of Construction Experience
• Project Management Experience in the educational field
• Educational Bond Experience
• K12 Construction Experience
• Higher Education Construction Experience
