About the Job

As aSenior Helpers Caregiver you will help local Seniors with their daily activities such as:

• Meal preparationand planning
• Transportation for errands and appointments
• Light housekeepingand laundry
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with bathing dressing and grooming
• Participation indaily enrichment activities

Our Ideal Candidate

We aresearching forCaregivers withstrong communication skillsanda heart to help our Seniors.

Candidatesmust be comfortable providing nonmedical companion and personal care.

Candidates must have a car for transportation.

Candidates must be willing to drive to clients homes in the areas of La Mesa Santee Del Cerro (SDSU) El Cajon Mira Mesa Rancho Bernardo Poway.

As part of ourCaregiver Mentor Programwe will create an individualized training plan for each Caregiver.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have HCA # with livescan (or can apply forone)
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile (travel to a Seniors home must be dependable)
• TB Results within the last 60 days

If you have experience caring for a family member or have been a fulltime parent or homemaker you can be a great caregiver if you worked in an Assisted Living Facility Skilled Nursing Senior Home or Senior Center as a caretaker.
