This is a fulltime role based in Dearborn MI.
4 days work in office 1 day work from home.
Base Salary $77000 $85000
Our client provides home and clinicbased ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities and other language delays. They are a familycentered organization that works in partnership with parents to meet their childs needs in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Duties will include:
Design and implement individualized treatment plans behavioral support plans and strategies
Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
Collaborate with treatment team (director parents and other support network) to review case progress
Provide training supervision and support for clinicians and therapists in all policies and procedures
Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress reports meetings & authorizations.
Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
Requirements
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Masters degree
Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required
Valid drivers license and a reliable form of insured transportation
Bilingual/Multilingual candidates have opportunity for increased base pay
