Job Description

Immediate Opening for a Customer Service Representative role in Vandalia Ohio! This role is for the Weekend Shift!
  • Schedule for weekend shift will look like:
    • Tuesday 9:30am EST to 6pm EST
    • Wednesday 9:30am EST to 6pm EST
    • Thursday 9:30am EST to 6pm EST
    • Saturday 10:30am EST to 7pm EST
    • Sunday 10:30am EST to 7pm EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer phone calls promptly and professionally addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Accurately process and enter customer orders into the system ensuring all details are correct and orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns coordinating with other departments as necessary to provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions and any followup actions required.
  • Stay informed about company products services and promotions to effectively assist customers and address their needs.
  • Perform followup calls or communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2years of experience in a customer service role with a strong background in handling phone calls and processing orders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software order entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite (or relevant applications).
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and orders in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $20/hr
