Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Transformation team to partner with the Business.
As a Lending Product Associate in Wealth Management you will support the product development team in innovating new product offerings and managing the product lifecycle. You will assist in gathering customer insights conducting research and supporting the product backlog. Your primary focus of area would be to support Global collateral management.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the product owner and the development team in delivering highquality products for Global Collateral management. You will gather and analyse data assist in continuous discovery and help manage the product backlog. Your role will involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing strategies and visions for global collateral management that deliver value to financial institutions and clients.
- Support discovery efforts and research using design thinking approaches to uncover solutions for the challenges and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Help maintain and develop a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap for the product.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
- Assist in the testing and release management strategy and Product testing.
- Support the product owner and senior team members in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication within the team and with other departments particularly those involved in risk management and compliance.
- Act as a point of contact for productrelated queries and updates.
- Seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance productivity and product quality.
- Utilize design thinking methodologies to help derisk collateral management product investments by validating assumptions early and iterating based on user feedback.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Graduate with 5 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services or a related field.
- Understanding of product strategy and roadmap development.
- Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Basic data analytics and digital skills to support business transformation.
- General market and product knowledge with an interest in industry trends.
- Willingness to learn and apply innovation and design thinking techniques.

- Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive towards and results.
- Influencing skills to manage a variety of stakeholders from different functions.
- Team player who proactively shares knowledge and information within and outside the function and can manage other team members.
