Job Title: Recruiter Private Duty Home Health
Location: 12381 S Cleveland Ave Suite 103 Fort Myers FL 33907 (Inperson)
Schedule: Fulltime Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Salary: $19$20 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Private Duty Home Health Recruiter to help grow our exceptional team. In this role you will be recruiting and onboarding CNAs/caregivers.
This role requires someone who is professional proactive and solutionoriented with strong multitasking and problemsolving skills. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fastpaced environment and have the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. We also encourage students pursuing a degree in Human Resources to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms including job boards and professional social networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone virtual and inperson interviews with potential candidates.
- Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain consistent followup with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and manage a database of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Organize and maintain file systems ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Communicate with supervisors and escalate issues when needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective employees and act as a point of contact.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year in home care or healthcare industry recruiting experience preferred not required.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and constantly changing work environment.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates initiative identifying opportunities and acting without needing direction.
