CenClear a provider of preschool services to children aged 3 to 5 is looking for a reliable and committed Bus Driver to join our team.
As a Bus Driver you will be responsible for providing transportation while working together with the Bus Aide to ensure safe transport. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and on time transportation of children enrolled in our programs. Each bus route will have an assigned bus driver and bus aide; they will be provided a schedule and a roster for their assigned route. The route includes picking children up at their homes transporting them to the center on time and taking them home at the end of the program day. The Bus Driver will report to the Transportation Manager.

Location/Hours
- State College Run leaves from the CenClear Preschool Center located in Port Matilda PA(building is the former Matternville Elementary School 3 miles past Lowes)
- This position will work MondayFriday approximately 7 hours per day.
- 6:45 am to 9:30 am
- 1:45 pm to 4:45 pm.
- This position works approximately 175180 days a year (primarily during the school year)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Pennsylvania Drivers License
- PennDOT Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Class B with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Bus driving experience
- Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History PA Child Abuse History FBI Criminal History and Mandated Reporting Certificate
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reliable transportation for children to and from our preschool programs.
- Collaborate with the Bus Aide to maintain the safety of all passengers.
- Adhere to a predetermined schedule and route.
- Report to the Transportation Manager.
- Attend all required staff meetings and participate in onthejob training.
- Communicate openly with supervisor by reporting any issues concerns or problems.
- Practice social responsibility by checking email daily and responding in a timely manner.
