Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist to be part of our Open Access Center Team. Optional work locations in Sylva Waynesville or Brevard North Carolina.
A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5000.00 depending on the service agreement chosen. Service contracts are for 1 2 or 3 years.
Clinical supervision provided for associate level clinicians (as applicable for LCSWA LCMHCA LCASA)
Continuing education reimbursement $500 per year)
Inhouse trainings provided CE hours towards licensure requirements
Eligibility for student loan repayment for federal and/or state programs
The Open Access Clinician recognizes the importance of individuals having timely access to services. This position allows individuals who are seeking behavioral health services the opportunity to engage in services through a walkin clinic model. This position will be primarily be focused on adult and child initial assessments but will also provide specialized assessments both in person and through telehealth. Open Access clinicians are imbedded in the Recovery Education Centers and they provide assessment crisis intervention and brief individual support services to individuals with a broad range of mental health and substance abuse issues.
