Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare all Sushi menu items where the daily focus is to learnand perfect technique speed and consistency
Follow recipe and the portion control guidelines set by therestaurant
Set up station with appropriate par levels for the shift andfollow sanitary food handling procedures
Organize sanitize and clean the prep area
Safely handle and operate food service equipment

Have 12 years Sushi experience in a high volume fine diningrestaurant
Are organized and proficient at multitasking
Have a polished and wellgroomed appearance
Are a reliable flexible team player willing to learn and adaptto new situations
Have strong verbal communication skills

Thrive in a fastpaced environment and work well under pressure
Have open availability to work days nights and weekends
