Seeking students with broad engineering skills and interests to work parttime at the Meehl Innovation Commons in Burke Center. Staff will work with entrepreneurs inventors industry professors teachers and other students primarily on product development projects ranging from simple mechanical inventions to complex multicomponent prototypes. Meehl Innovation Commons functions as a free service for the Erie region therefore it is essential that its workers represent the university and its values well in every setting.
Meehl Innovation Commons seeks potential staff with electrical mechanical and plastics engineeringrelated experience who can work independently are selfmanaged and learn what they need to know with minimal assistance. Teamoriented work ethic is essential. Duties vary including but not limited to: product development projects machine build projects 3D printing and machine maintenance CAD work presentations tutorials brainstorming sessions meetings record keeping (notes and database updates) and general ingenuity. Availability for occasional travel is favorable. This application will require a resume and interview. References are highly valued. Hiring occurs when positions open often at the start of semesters.

CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:
Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988 Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security such as those concerning alcohol and drug use crime prevention the reporting of crimes sexual and other matters.
