Job Description
The New Student Programs Coordinator is responsible for the planning and coordination of multicampus new student engagement programs (including Week of Welcome and Orientation Online) providing support for student organizations and leaders and engaging students with the Oregon Tech App. The position falls within the Student Involvement & Belonging department which promotes a positive inclusive community marked by student engagement. The New Student Programs Coordinator works collaboratively with various campus partners (e.g. Admissions Housing Advising and Retention etc..
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education institutions event management and/or driving student engagement through technology. Ability to effectively and respectfully work communicate and collaborate in diverse multicultural and inclusive settings.
