Job Title: Concession Stand Runner

Reports To:Assistant Director of Concessions
FLSA Status: PartTime/NonExempt

Pay Rate:$16.87/hour
Available Shifts: Flexible parttime schedule including some long shifts nights weekends and holidays.
THE ROLE
As a Concession Stand Runner at The Oncenter you will be responsible for delivering products to all concession stands in a timely manner.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Transfer product to concession stands/carts while complying with inventory procedures.
- Setup product in stands rotate stock and inventory and prepare for future events.
- Help receive unload and store deliveries.
- Stock clean and organize the Commissary Stands and Surge areas.
- Assist in preevent setup through various duties and assist in post event breakdown.
- Maintain a safe clean organized and stocked work area following sanitation standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and professional relationship with coworkers at all times.
- Provide total guest satisfaction through skilled and capable service in accordance with New York State laws and regulations as well as Company policies practices and procedures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Six months experience in a food & beverage or warehouse environment preferred.
SKILLS YOULL NEED
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills service standards guest relations and etiquette.
- Desire to work as a team.
- Ability to make professional independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES REGISTRATIONS
- ServSafe & TIPS certification a plus.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have the physical ability to maneuver around the venue at times walking and/or standing for 810 hours or greater climbing stairs lifting and carrying 50 lbs and frequent bending reaching kneeling and squatting.
- Ability to work in a noisy fastpaced environment.
