What you will do:
- Greet the Customer either by telephone or in person
- Assess Customers needs & Deliver exceptional customer service
- Learn all aspects of store operations and effectively flex between interacting/serving the Customer and Service Staff
- Prepare estimates of service and professionally present the estimate to the Customer
- Identify the required service items and the suggested service items
- Assist the Store Manager in interacting with the Customer as requested
