Your career as Field Sales Team Leader in Barcelona will give you the opportunity to get to know the beauty market and help small businesses make more time for themselves as well as drive local growth in alignment with sales targets and help our team develop.
What youll do:
As Team Leader you will have two main tasks:
To expand our customer base and engage the Field Sales team in Barcelona to achieve targets by attracting new customers mainly through doortodoor visits building a customer base from scratch and meticulously recording these activities in our CRM Salesforce.
You will conduct and support facetoface visits to understand the needs of potential customers present the Booksy product and conduct demonstrations assisting with the initial configuration of the application. Customer relationship management will be key from initial contact through to the onboarding process ensuring account activation and collaborating with the onboarding team.
Requirements
What youll need to succeed:
- Experience in B2B sales cold door or similar roles.
- Proven experience managing doortodoor sales teams.
- Customer focus and excellent listening persuasion negotiation and speaking skills.
- You are organised and responsible enabling you to meet the targets set for yourself and the team.
- Positive and proactive attitude commitment and ownership of your work. Promote teamwork.
- Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce or similar.
- Experience in the beauty or technology sector is an asset.
- Knowledge of English. Why It is the official language of our company and is used for all internal communications as we are a global team distributed in 5 countries we want you to feel integrated and be able to share with other markets.
- Fluency in Spanish as you will be working locally and managing a local team.
