Quality Assurance Inspector
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform inspection of Cleanroom garments at each Cleanroom table.
- Perform inspection of finished totes in Packout.
- Perform inspections of new accounts.
- Test clean garments of particles and fibers as per ASTM F5100.
- Evaluate the electrical resistance of ESD Cleanroom garments.
- Review and verify gamma lots.
- Review production logs.
- Inspect and release incoming chemicals.
- Test Cleanroom for viable nonviable particles.
- Perform water testing of the market centers city and DI water.
- Verify validation of washer and dryer cycles.
- Record temperate and humidity of controlled environments.
- Communicate issues and concerns with QA Supervisors.
Preferred
- High School or better
