Job Description

POSITION: HIGH SCHOOLTEACHER

Effective 202122 School Year

LOCATION: KETTERING FAIRMONT HIGH SCHOOL

GENERAL INFORMATION: Seeking applicants with Ohio 712 Life Science Teaching License.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Partial List

Develops daily and seasonal educational objectives.
Supervises and manages all classroom activities.
Participates in schoolwide programs and activities.
Communicates with parents and guardians of assigned students.
Maintains records regarding student progress.
Provides a variety of instructional experiences for all students.

QUALIFICATIONS Partial List

Valid Ohio teaching license.
Must pass criminal background checks and preemployment drug screening.
Collaboration and problemsolving skills.
Educational technology skills.

SALARY: According to the approved teacher salary schedule.
