About Us:
A wholesale manufacturer is seeking a detailoriented and experienced Technical Writer to create accurate and engaging content for a variety of platforms. This role involves collaborating with R&D and marketing teams to deliver polished and impactful documentation including user manuals sell sheets demo videos and ecommerce listings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and write comprehensive user manuals for diverse product categories.
- Research product specifications and collaborate with R&D teams to ensure content accuracy.
- Write and proofread sell sheets demo scripts and marketing materials with extreme attention to detail.
- Edit content created by other team members to maintain quality standards.
- Assist the marketing manager with additional projects in a fastpaced environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience writing user manuals and technical documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite and PowerPoint is preferred.
- SEO knowledge is a plus.
- Creative writing skills are a bonus.
