Job Description
Braun Intertec is seeking Nondestructive Examination Interns (RT Assistants) to join our Minot ND team for the 2025 Spring / Summer seasons.
Were currently accepting applications the positions are expected to be filled in April / May. This is a fulltime temporary position expected to last through the summer.
Responsibilities:
- Performs or assists in ultrasonic radiographic magnetic particle liquid penetrant and visual inspections on specifically assigned field or laboratory projects
- Prepares reports and other work related documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Understands and utilizes safe work practices
Required Skills:
- Dependable and reliable with strong work ethic
- Have mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow directions
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional safety and quality work awareness
- Ability to travel up to 100 and overnight as necessary
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to work off ladders and scaffold at construction sites
- Must have valid Drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be computer proficient
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- PostSecondary education in Nondestructive Testing is preferred
- IRRSP card for Industrial Radiography or State Card a plus
- Recent experience performing magnetic particle liquid penetrant ultrasonic and radiographic and visual inspections is preferred
- TWIC badge a plus

Please note that the compensation range shared below is based on an annual salary. Our NDE Intern opportunities typically last 36 months in duration at an hourly rate of $20 $25.
Compensation Range:
