Our SkillBridge program places interns in real impactful roles across our four core practice areas: Corporate Operations Cyber Analytics National Security and Federal Enterprise Services. We match candidates based on their skills interests and career goals providing mentorship and handson experience in a dynamic highperformance environment.
Were seeking transitioning service members with backgrounds or interest in any of the following areas:
- Program & Project Management
- Cybersecurity & Threat Intelligence
- IT & Cloud Infrastructure (Azure AWS GCP)
- Data Analytics Engineering or Visualization
- Logistics & Operations Planning
- Systems Engineering or Architecture
- Compliance & Risk (e.g. FedRAMP NIST RMF)
- Business Operations Strategy or Finance
- Training & Knowledge Management
- Agile Delivery & Technical Product Ownership
- Internal Corporate Functions (HR Talent Marketing Legal)
Responsibilities
- Participate in realtime client delivery or internal corporate initiatives
- Contribute to missiondriven projects with clear goals and deliverables
- Receive mentorship from experienced practitioners and practice leaders
- Develop or enhance civilian professional skills in a fastpaced environment
- Translate military experience into businessrelevant capabilities
- Gain exposure to cuttingedge tools methodologies and frameworks
Minimum Qualifications
- Activeduty U.S. military personnel eligible for SkillBridge during 2025
- Command approval to participate in the program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Selfstarter with a high degree of professionalism and accountability
- Comfortable working in hybrid remote or clientfacing settings
- Clearance requirements vary (Secret or higher preferred for some roles)
Preferred Experience (Varies by Role)
- Certifications: PMP CISSP CISM AWS/GCP/Azure Associate or Professional Sec CEH SAFe Lean Six Sigma etc.
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP NIST 80053 RMF)
- Experience working in or supporting DoD IC or federal civilian agencies
- Previous leadership operational planning or enterprise IT experience
