Job Description
Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst to join our team. In this role you will perform the full spectrum of SIGINT analysis using diverse sources to address senior decisionmaker and warfighter Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs). As part of a dynamic team you will provide SIGINT reporting and actionable intelligence in response to Requests for Information (RFIs). Your expertise in technical regional and consulting aspects of SIGINT will contribute to critical intelligence operations. Active TS/SCI w Poly is REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive SIGINT analysis including Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) and Dialed Number Recognition (DNR) analytic techniques.
- Leverage Analysis and Production tools such as Haven DX TP IDS and GV for intelligence gathering and reporting.
- Research develop and analyze target networks to support mission objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to create and deliver highquality SIGINT reports.
- Adapt to flexible work hours to meet missioncritical requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of SIGINTfocused experience; OR
- High school diploma/GED and at least 6 years of SIGINTfocused experience.
- Relevant experience in the Intelligence Profession will be considered with NCS courses and MCCEP phases supplementing educational qualifications.
- Proven expertise in using DNI and DNR analytic techniques.
- Handson experience with SIGINT tools such as Haven DX TP IDS and GV.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Strong ability to analyze and report on complex target networks.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Familiarity with working in NSA facilities or Combatant Commands (CENTCOM EUCOM INDOPACOM AFRICOM).
- Proven ability to author and edit SIGINT product reports.
- Completion of a military service MOS (e.g. 35N) AFSC NOS or an IC tradecraftrecognized SIGINT analyst certification course.
- Completion of Military Cryptologic Continuing Education Program (MCCEP) Phase IIIV.
- Minimum of 2 years experience applying geospatial analysis techniques against SIGINT metadata collected from foreign communications systems to identify locate and track SIGINT targets
- Proven performance in accurately reporting the intelligence gained from geospatial metadata analysis to other SIGINT analysts
- Experience as an SGA developing endproduct SIGINTderived GIS reports with supporting analysis of SIGINT metadata to enhance the geolocation contact chaining and additional communications characterizations of targets of interest
- Ability to analyze SIGINT content and metadata to support development of existing targets and the discovery of other analytic vectors through the reconstruction and documentation of target communications networks
