Job Description
Do you love working with kids Are you passionate about mental health Then Shodair is looking for you!
As an MHT you will provide support to children in their daytoday lives while maintaining a safe environment and utilizing therapeutic communication skills. You will use patient diagnosis/problems/needs and the treatment plan to help other unit staff guide care for each child in an individualized manner.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Can remain calm in stressful situations
- Is selfdirected
- Is looking for a meaningful career
- Can maintain appropriate boundaries
Full time and part time availability. This position is eligible for shift differentials and our incentive program.

EDUCATION TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE;
- Required education and experience High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older.
