Job Description
Hourly Rates Range:$28.00/hr $38.00 based on experience/discipline
Opportunity:Help us assist a 35 year old paraplegic male who got injured while working. Nurse will provide assistance with his activities of daily living use a Hoyer/sit to stand as needed help with in/out catheterization every 4 hours and bowel program. Nurses are not to help with meals/cleaning just with skilled nursing tasks for client.
Schedule:Part Time/Full Time opportunities available 12 Hours shifts: 7a7p or 7p7a

Responsibilities
- Provide thoughtful care to clients & patients based on personalized Assessments and Plan of Cares
- Monitor and track changes in the client/patients conditions and needs and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
- Proactively updates client/patients family on plan of care health changes and concerns
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted LPN/RN license in state for which care is being provided
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest xray
- Minimum one 1 year of documented experience required in a home health agency infusion experience (required) primary care clinic or health facility preferred.
- Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills
- Analytic/Critical thinker.
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
- Ability to work on weekends nights and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand walk squat bend kneel reach twist push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
