A Day In The Life
A typical day as a Via313 dough prep team member consists of making sauces shredding cheeses andmost importantly mixing & pressing dough! This is all done in the smallkitchen at our restaurant. As we are such a small group 35 people) you willwear more than one hat throughout your shift. You will create pizzas with easeon top of being an integral part of this family environment. Youll also haveplenty of opportunities for growth if youre up for it!
