Job Title: Assembly Technician Line Support
Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves reporting directly to the Group Leader and fostering positive team relations while demonstrating strong leadership and initiative to enhance processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will complete assigned projects to meet company goals and adhere to our Vision and Core Values.

Essential Functions:- Comply with company policies and procedures including safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain a positive work environment and treat all team members with respect.
- Participate in achieving safety quality cost and delivery targets.
- Perform autonomous maintenance and document assigned activities accurately.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance safety quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leaders to develop and complete improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:- High School diploma or GED required.
- 24 years of relevant experience preferably in assembly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed.
- Tier1 automotive experience is a plus.
