Job Description
Your tasks:
- Supervising the production area to ensure the goals are met
- Organizing and optimizing the production area
- Ensuring the quality of the products delivered
- Managing and developing employees
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/t) precision mechanic (m/f/t) mechatronics engineer (m/f/t) with several years of professional experience
- Independent responsible and cooperative way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility
- Experience of leading a team with at least 20 employees
- Knowledge of machining desirable
- Experience with lean manufacturing tools 6s SMED etc..
- Knowledge of ISO
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel
- Personally you are characterized by your independent imaginative and goaloriented way of working as well as a friendly and confident demeanour
