The brainchild of Chris Sedgwick 7 Acre BarNgrill features a 93seat familycentric space and patio seating for 43. The menu is simple and includes comfort foods a full bar featuring 77 whiskeys from around the world homemade pies and real garden to fork ingredients demanded around here. 7 Acre is currently looking for talented Bartenders to join our team!
Duties & Responsibilities: - Present food and beverage items quickly and accurately with proper garnish to all guests at all times.
- Ensure that all Guests feel welcome and are given responsive friendly and courteous service at all times.
- As quickly and accurately as possible take Guest orders at the table and input them in the POS system.
- Understand and uphold all policies regarding Guest hospitality and safety including Alcohol consumption allergies sanitation etc.
- Respond immediately and appropriately to any situation where the Guest perceives less than legendary service or hospitality including involving a manager.
- Provide warm friendly and efficient service and hospitality so that every guest becomes a repeat Guest.
- Develop a thorough understanding of all menu items including daily specials improve that knowledge whenever possible and strive to share that knowledge as required by the guest.
- Clock in and out accurately according to your posted schedule.
- Keep waste to a minimum by accurately inputting orders in the POS system garnishing correctly and preparing beverage items accurately during side work by following recipes and prep lists carefully.
Qualifications: - At least 6 months of experience as a Bartender in a table service restaurant
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must possess the ability to write Guest orders accurately and operate a POS system
- Must be able to work effectively in a fastpaced setting while walking or standing for up to 12 hours per day.
- Must be able to carry 23 plates trays of 46 drinks or bussing trays safely.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
