Description of the role:
The Service Dispatcher at Fury Motors plays a crucial role in coordinating service requestsbilling warranty ROs assigning tasks to technicians coordinating weowes and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize service requests
- Allocate tasks to technicians based on availability and expertise
- Communicate job details timelines and any updates to customers
- Update service records and maintain accurate logs
- Bill Warranty ROs for Warranty Admin
- Coordinate WeOwes with outside vendors & internal departments.
- Responsible for production & throughput of the Service Technicians
Requirements:
- Automotive Dispatch or Service Advisor Experience Preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with service dispatch software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
