Join us in our fastpaced support to develop advance and sustain weapon systems for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) and its mission partners. You will be joining a team of personnel with experience and an indepth understanding of the environments that include ground nearspace space and any system that operates in those environments to meet current and projected strategic operational and tactical needs for the Department of Defense (DoD). QinetiQ is a missionled innovation company that works with the USSF and DoD to design develop field and maintain requirements essential to national security and the survivability of the warfighter.

We are seeking a Senior Configuration Manager for Financial Support. The Senior Configuration Manager for Financial Support is responsible for overseeing large volumes of program critical information for monitoring and executing financial activities of classified programs. The ideal candidate will have experience processing receiving tracking coordinating and storing large volumes of program critical information as well as demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple geographicallyseparated team members as required to support the mission.

• Provide support on commitments obligations and expenditures of funds and perform earned value management and schedule analysis in support of program office defense contracts.
• Provide planning programming budgeting and support to include congressional reporting fiscal year planning continuing resolution management unfunded requirement development and submittal endofyear funding actions and Program Objective Memorandum or POM development.
• Provide subject matter expertise in support of Integrated Baseline Reviews/Business Financial Reviews.
• Assist in the of routine business operations.
• Develop document modify transition and maintain standard functional databases to support organizations in meeting mission requirements. e shaping products to deliver recommendations that enhance planning and capability.
• Attend and support the administration of meetings including followup activities.

• Extensive experience processing receiving tracking coordinating and storing large volumes of programcritical information.
• Experience coordinating and organizing multiple geographically separated team members.
• Highly knowledgeable and certified in Air Force records management.
• Understanding of how classified funding is distributed.
• Experience Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication interpersonal leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and solve problems.
• Bachelors Degree
• 10 years of relevant experience with subject matter expertise recognition

• Experience with Air Force Space Force and/or Space Systems Command financial and records management policies and procedures
• Masters Degree
