Salary: $120K
Type: Fulltime
Location: Watertown WI

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Manage Safety OSHA Environmental and Governmental Regulatory programs to ensure legal compliance and accuracy.
- Identify develop and implement training programs policies and procedures based on organizational needs.
- Oversee accident investigations and collaborate with HR on the Workers Compensation program.
- Lead the Safety Committee and Government Compliance Committee.
- Ensure compliance with EPArequired programs including Risk Management Emergency Planning and Air Emissions.
- Stay updated on safety training and environmental regulations through ongoing education and training.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 yrs of leadership experience managing personnel and safety programs is required to be considered
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety Training or related field or equivalent experience is also a requirement
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote as this is an 100 onsite position
