• Should be highly skilled in implementing search solution with Lucidworks Fusion
  
• Expert knowledge on solr search platform is a must
  
• Should have good working experience in Java/J2EE
  
• Should be experience in Architecting new data ingestion pipeline optimized query pipeline using Fusion
  
• Should have handson experience in adding new objects into Fusion utilizing in depth knowledge of Fusion Mandatory
  
• Expertise in Guided search navigation geospatial search and all other features such as Relevancy ranking Stemming Thesaurus etc
  
• Build the architectural design in solr to improve the search performance
  
• Develop fastest data search method for large volume data
  
• Expertise on creating Create the search rules using Rules Editor and apply while searching
  
• Practical knowledge of search engine and recommendation systems.
  

• Ability to Design the search solution based on client requirement
  
• Ability to performance tune the Indexing process
  

• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of Business and IT management
  
• Ability to negotiate acceptable solutions to complex problems across multiple business and/or technical areas and vendors
  
• Ability to organize own work and work from or generate specifications
  

• Ability to come up with the search technical requirements based on the platform design
